The Ulusoy Seed Company is a family company which was started under the leadership of Mr. Mustafa Ulusoy in 1984. It grew from an importer into a company who breeds its own varieties and produce them with high quality standards. It is one of the first seed companies which was established right after the privatization of the seed sector in Turkey. The company is specialized on turf and forage seeds.
As being the first private turf grass seed company in Turkey, Ulusoy Seed still has the biggest share in the national turf/forage grass seed market. The headquarter is in Ankara with a 4500 square meters warehouse in which it has cleaning, mixing and packaging machinery. The company has also two more offices in İzmir and in İstanbul. Ulusoy Seeds has a trustworthy distributor network all around Turkey, however our sales team keep in touch with farmers and/or greenkeepers for technical support.
Although we are the first breeder of our own national Lolium perenne varieties and we’ve achieved the production know-how in years, we still import a considerable amount of seeds from abroad. We like to build long-term relationships which are grounded on mutual trust. We also value the same morals in our relationships with our customers, farmers and greenkeepers. Ulusoy Seed brand is known by being true to its word. Our customers are highly confident with our products and they know that the company will stand by them if they will have any problems. Our Agricultural Staff works as a team to solve technical problems or questions.
